The files will be deleted immediately after the library card has been issued.

I hereby apply for admission as a user of the University Library of Regensburg. I acknowledge the General Terms of Use of the Bavarian State Libraries (Allgemeine Benützungsordnung der Bayerischen Staatlichen Bibliotheken, ABOB, available in German only) and the Terms of Use of the University Library of Regensburg (Benutzungsordnung der Universitätsbibliothek Regensburg, available in German only).

Your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 4 (1) BayDSG in conjunction with §3 and §5 ABOB. As a central institution of the University of Regensburg, the University Library of Regensburg is entitled to process personal data to the extent necessary for the lawful fulfillment of its tasks. In particular, this includes the provision of media for use within the library and for borrowing, as well as the use of databases and other electronic or digital media.
